We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at GIGAJEWE. That's why we offer a simple, hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund (minus any shipping and/or gift wrap fees, if any) within 30 days of the original shipping date.

*Both loose Moissanite diamonds and silver jewelry purchased from GIGAJEWE can be returned hassle-free, except for custom jewelry like gold!
*This item must be returned in new and unworn condition.
*Returned items must have a jewelry tag attached.
*Products that have been resized, updated and/or repaired are not eligible.
*You will be responsible for return shipping

Return Process

For returns, please email gigajewe@163.com. One of our customer service representatives will contact you via email with instructions.

After receiving your return, we will inspect all items for signs of wear or damage before issuing any refunds, replacements or refunds. New and unworn condition means there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item. Also, items modified or resized by other jewelers are not considered new. After accepting your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.

Jewelry Label

Returned items must still have the jewelry tag attached. Do not remove this label until you are sure you want to keep your item. Ring size can be determined without removing the label. The threads are very fine and don't affect how the ring fits.
