Occasionally, due to the volume of orders we receive, we cannot fulfill orders within the estimated time. If this happens, we will attempt to notify you of the delay. While we make every effort to avoid delays, we do not guarantee delivery dates.

Our product prices are based on the latest market values for precious metals and gemstones.

GIGAJEWE coupons and/or promotional codes are subject to expiration without notice. GIGAJEWE does not accept expired coupons and/or promotional codes, even if they are linked from a third-party website.

Promotions and Coupons

Coupons and/or promo codes apply to complete orders in the cart and will apply to:

the original regular price of the item, or
the sale price of the item, or
The original price of the item minus the multi-tier discount
Intermediate markdowns can be removed to apply multi-level discounts to the entire order.

Data, including prices, may appear inaccurate on our website due to systematic or typographical errors, and we make every effort to avoid these errors. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors as they occur, and we do not respect inaccurate or wrong prices. If the listed price of a product is lower than its actual price, we will contact you for instructions or to cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation prior to shipment. If your credit card or payment method has been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will immediately credit your account for the amount of the fee.

Free gifts are limited and subject to availability. If the selected free gift is not available, GIGAJEWE reserves the right to substitute a similar free gift without prior notice.

return

GIGAJEWE offers a 30-day return policy. You may return the item for a refund (minus deductions) within 30 days of the original shipping date if the following conditions are met.

This item must be returned in new and unworn condition. New and unworn condition means there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item. Modified or resized items are not considered new.
Returned items must still have the jewelry tag or watch authenticity tag attached. Removing the label will prevent the item from being returned.
Items must be postmarked within 30 days of the original ship date.
Items that have been resized, updated and/or repaired are not eligible for a refund.
You are responsible for the return shipping and you are responsible for the goods until they reach our warehouse.
One and only one item must be shipped to GIGAJEWE using GIGAJEWE's shipping provider.
Promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
Your diamond report must be returned with your product. Lost or damaged reports will be deducted from the refund.
Returns without a GIGAJEWE Return Material Authorization will be rejected upon receipt.
 
Non-jewelry and end-of-sale items such as jewelry cleaners and jewelry care cloths are not eligible for a refund.
Returns with missing paperwork or products will not be processed.
Note: Some special orders are non-returnable. We will notify you if the item cannot be returned before proceeding with your order.

After your return is accepted, the original payment method will receive a credit after any applicable deductions.

GIGAJEWE may provide you with a prepaid return label for your return. The value of this return label will be deducted from the refund. If the gift is not returned, GIGAJEWE will deduct the value of the gift.
GIGAJEWE reserves the right to deduct any charges we incur - including duties on incomplete paperwork - upon receipt of the package.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

If a gift card is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced or refunded. GIGAJEWE and its affiliates are not responsible for lost gift cards. Purchases exceeding the value of the gift card provided will require a credit card or PayPal to pay the balance due.
Once the order has been processed and paid for, your gift card will be emailed to the recipient.
Your gift card will be emailed to the recipient email address you entered. Make sure the recipient email address is correct when placing your order. GIGAJEWE is not responsible for sending gift cards to incorrect or non-existing email addresses. The correct email address to send the gift card to is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
All returned items purchased with the gift card will be refunded as points to the GIGAJEWE gift card for your future use in GIGAJEWE's online store.
For purchases made using both a gift card and a credit card or PayPal account, you will refund the amount you originally paid to your credit card or PayPal account, and the remaining amount will be returned as credit to the GIGAJEWE Gift Card for your future use.
Your GIGAJEWE Gift Card must be used on the site in the currency in which it was purchased.

Due/Service Fee

GIGAJEWE Gift Cards do not expire and we do not charge any service fee for unused.
